The Place at Harbour Crossing is now celebrating two years as an event venue offering over 7000 square feet of flexible space.

During the last two years, The Place has enjoyed the pleasure of hosting over 150 events with rave reviews and return clients. Weddings and receptions celebrated couples’ nuptials, companies gathered for Christmas parties and training meetings, non-profit organizations recognized donors and raised money through banquets, and families marked milestones for birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, engagements and new arrivals. Whatever the occasion, The Place is prepared to host it with flair.

Amenities included in the rental price at The Place include 200 champagne-colored chivari chairs plus tables to seat up to 200 guests. Our venue can accommodate over 100 additional guests if choosing more of an open floor plan. To give our clients the utmost flexibility for their events, clients can choose which caterer they desire to serve the food. A list of preferred vendors who are familiar with the venue is available as well for easy and hassle-free planning.

Additional amenities included in the rental are sound system with microphones, projectors and screens; color-changing outdoor lighting; WI-FI; prep kitchen and ice machine. Extras that can be rented reasonably include linens, a selection of four gobo projectors and stock gobos, sets of three lighted trees, color-change up-lighting, color-change orbs on columns, pipe and draping, and a black slate dance floor with an extra speaker.
